Our Process

The first step is simple, tell us about your concert or tour. We’ll gather the key details such as the venue location, event type, audience size, and general IMAG production needs.
Floor Plan
All you need to send us is your venue floor plan, artist information, and basic event details. From there, we’ll review everything and help build the right system for your show.
The Show
Once we have the details, our team takes it from there. We’ll help plan the setup, organize the system, and make sure everything is simple, smooth, and ready to go.

Our TRAV-D Grip Systems allow cameras to move freely on stage, passing between operators and performers to capture moments traditional IMAG setups can’t reach.

At VimVia, we don’t rely on slow or unreliable transmission systems. We’ve developed our own custom fiber infrastructure designed for instant signal delivery in live environments.
Our system allows video signals to travel across long distances with virtually zero latency. When an artist speaks on stage, the image appears on screen immediately, ensuring the audience experiences every moment in perfect sync.
